What to do after 10th:
10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ನಂತರ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಅನ್ನೋದು “ಒಂದೇ ಸರಿಯಾದ ದಾರಿ” ಅಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ತಪ್ಪು ದಾರಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ರೆ 3–5 ವರ್ಷ ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ಆಗೋದು ಪಕ್ಕಾ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ, ಜಾಬ್ ಬರೋವರೆಗೂ ಯಾವ ದಾರಿ ಹೇಗಿದೆ ಅಂತ ನಿನ್ನಿಗೆ ಕ್ಲಿಯರ್ ಮ್ಯಾಪ್ ಕೊಡ್ತೀನಿ.
1. PUC (Pre-University) – Safe Route ಆದರೆ Competition ಜಾಸ್ತಿ
10th ಆದ್ಮೇಲೆ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಜನ ಹೋಗೋ ದಾರಿ ಇದು. 2 ವರ್ಷ ಓದು.
Science (PCMB / PCMC)
ಇದ್ರಿಂದ ದೊಡ್ಡ career options ಸಿಗುತ್ತವೆ.
Example 1:
PCMB → NEET → MBBS → Doctor
Example 2:
PCMC → CET/JEE → Engineering → Software Job (IT Company)
Reality check:
- ತುಂಬಾ competition
- 2 ವರ್ಷ + 4-5 ವರ್ಷ study
- Hard work ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂದ್ರೆ waste

Business/Accounts ಕಡೆ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇದ್ದವರಿಗೆ.

PUC Commerce → B.Com → M.Com → Accountant Job

Reality:
- Maths/Accounts strong ಇರಬೇಕು
- CA easy ಅಲ್ಲ, fail ಆಗೋ chances ಜಾಸ್ತಿ
Arts
Easy ಅಂತ ಭಾವಿಸಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳ್ತಾರೆ—but smart use ಮಾಡಿದ್ರೆ scope ಇದೆ.
Example 1:
Arts → BA → UPSC/KAS → Govt Officer
Example 2:
Arts → Journalism → Media/News Job
Reality:
- Serious plan ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂದ್ರೆ job late ಆಗುತ್ತೆ
2. Diploma (3 Years) – Fast Track to Job
Engineering field ಗೆ ಬೇಗ ಹೋಗ್ಬೇಕಂದ್ರೆ ಇದು best.

Diploma Civil → Site Engineer → Construction Job
Example 2:
Diploma CS → Software Testing → IT Job
Reality:
- PUC skip ಮಾಡಿ direct skill
- 3 years ನಲ್ಲಿ job chance
- ನಂತರ BE lateral entry ಮಾಡಬಹುದು
3. ITI (1–2 Years) – Direct Job Route
ಇದು underrated but powerful option.
Example 1:
ITI Electrician → Electrician job (₹15k–₹40k+)
Example 2:
ITI Fitter → Factory job / Gulf jobs

- ಕಡಿಮೆ ಓದು, ಬೇಗ earning
- Skill ಇದ್ದ್ರೆ future strong

4. Paramedical / Skill Courses
Short-term courses, fast job.

DMLT → Lab Technician

ಮೊದಲು ಒಂದು rule ನೆನಪಿಟ್ಟುಕೋ: “Course important ಅಲ್ಲ, outcome important.”
ಅಂದರೆ ಯಾವ course ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ job ಅಥವಾ income ಬರಬೇಕು.
